I don't know what the part # is but here is how I got mine. I handed the Honda Car parts man my Wing remote and asked him if he had any that looked like it. After going through a few of the current remotes he found one the same size and shape with the same buttons. 2 of them are labeled different but that's OK. To make sure you have the correct one compare the FCC ID:E4EG8DJ on the back. If the FCC ID matches you have the correct x-mitter ;-)
Now all you need to do is program it or them. You will need use both, or all 3 if you have that many, to re-program the bike. See step 5 for more than 1 x-mitter.
I bought our extra x-mitter in Denver for $52 and have read reports by some for up to $80+ so it may pay to shop around but in any case it is a lot cheaper than the Honda M/C unit for $208.

Keyless Transmitter Programming

1. Turn the ignition switch on - between one and four seconds and press the trunk "Pop-Up" button on the transmitter while aiming the transmitter at the trunk. Between one and four seconds, turn the ignition switch off. Note: keep the timing between one and four seconds, too fast or too slow will cause the control unit to lose the stored codes.

4. Between one and four seconds, turn the ignition switch on. Between one and four seconds, press the trunk " Pop-Up " button on the transmitter while aiming the transmitter at the trunk. Leave the ignition switch on.

5. Within 15 seconds, aim the transmitter (up to three) whose codes you want to store at the trunk and press the " Pop-Up " button once on each transmitter.

6. Between one and four seconds, turn the ignition switch off.

7. Confirm proper operation with the new code(s).
